Manage my subscription
Change your plan, switch to annual billing, update your card or cancel your subscription — you can do it all via the billing portal.
You can manage your Winslor subscription via Settings → Shop, then click the ‘Manage my subscription’ button. This will take you to the secure billing portal.
Change your plan
From the portal, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan (Starter, Business, Pro). The billing system calculates the change on a pro-rata basis: you only pay the difference for the current billing period, and the new features are available immediately.
Monthly or annual
You can switch between monthly and annual billing. The annual option is 20% cheaper than the monthly option. The change in billing frequency will take effect from the next billing date.
Update my card
The payment method is updated in the portal at any time. This is useful before renewal if your card has expired.
Cancel
You can cancel the renewal at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for (monthly or annually, depending on your billing cycle).
For an annual subscription cancelled during the subscription period, no pro-rata refund will be issued — access will continue until the end of the 12-month period for which payment has been made. See the Terms and Conditions for further details.
If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry several times over a two-week period. Please ensure your card details are up to date to avoid your account being suspended.
