Terms and Conditions
Updated: 2 June 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “TCU”) set out the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the winslor.com website and the Winslor online platform (hereinafter the “Service”). They apply to all users, whether they are visitors, prospective customers or subscribed Customers.
2. Acceptance of the T&Cs
Access to the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. Users who do not accept them are asked not to use the Service.
3. Access to the Service
The Service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance operations and cases of force majeure. Winslor endeavours to maintain a high level of availability without, however, guaranteeing a complete absence of interruption.
Certain features are reserved for Customers who have taken out a Subscription Plan (see Terms and Conditions).
4. User Account
An account must be created to access the administration interface. The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information, choose a strong password and keep it confidential.
Any action carried out via an account is deemed to have been carried out by the account holder. In the event of suspected fraudulent use, the user must inform Winslor immediately at: contact@winslor.com.
5. Acceptable use
In particular, the user must not:
- Attempting to access parts of the Service not intended for the public;
- Compromising the security of the Service (intrusion, automated scanning, denial of service, unauthorised reverse engineering);
- Distributing via the platform any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, racist, child pornographic, or infringes the rights of third parties;
- Using the Service for fraudulent purposes (money laundering, identity fraud, scams, etc.);
- Massively extracting data from the Service or attempting to use it for competitive purposes;
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam) via the platform’s features.
Any breach may result in the suspension or termination of the account without notice, without prejudice to any civil or criminal remedies that Winslor may pursue.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service (code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, editorial content, illustrations) are the exclusive property of Dalila Amoca or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.
Content published by Customers on their own shop remains their property; they assume editorial and legal responsibility for it vis-à-vis third parties.
7. External links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (Stripe, Cloudflare, Vercel, Railway, Resend, etc.). Winslor has no control over these websites and accepts no liability for their content or practices.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected via the Service is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The user acknowledges that they use the Service at their own risk. Winslor shall not be held liable for:
- The temporary unavailability of the Service;
- For indirect damages (loss of business, loss of customers, loss of data);
- The behaviour of other users or third parties;
- The consequences of use that does not comply with the Terms of Use.
10. Amendments to the Terms of Use
Winslor may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is that in force at the time of accessing the Service.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Strasbourg, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
