My menu

Create and manage my menu

Create your menu: categories, dishes, options, set menus, and manage out-of-stock items with a single click.

You can put together your entire menu via Restaurant → Menu. This is where you create your sections, add your dishes, set the options and publish everything for your customers.

Organise your categories

Start by creating the sections of your menu: Starters, Main Courses, Desserts, Drinks… These sections give structure to the menu as your customers see it.

  • Create as many categories as you need.
  • Reorder them to define the order in which they appear on the menu.

Add a dish

Within a category, add your dishes one by one. Each dish includes the following information:

  • Name — automatically translated into your languages.
  • Description and price.
  • Photo(s) of the dish.
  • VAT category — standard, takeaway or alcohol. See VAT.
  • Labels — ‘homemade’, ‘vegetarian’ or ‘must-try’ signature dishes to highlight the dish.
  • Allergens — the 14 regulated allergens.
  • Weight and origin, if you wish.

Tip: Take care with your photos – they’re what really bring the menu to life. Highlight your signature dishes with the ‘must-try’ badge.

Options with modifiers

Modifiers are groups of reusable options (for example, ‘Cooking’ or ‘Extras’). You create the group once, then apply it to the relevant dishes.

  • Add each option along with its price (€0 if it is free).
  • Set a minimum (making the choice compulsory) and a maximum number of choices per group.
  • You can assign the group to as many dishes as you like.

Create a set menu

A set menu is a dish that includes other dishes. You create it using a group of modifiers ‘linked’ to existing dishes — for example, a choice of starter, main course and dessert.

Dealing with out-of-stock items (the 86)

When a dish is no longer available, mark it as ‘sold out’. It will remain visible on the menu but will appear greyed out as ‘Sold out’ and can no longer be ordered. It will reappear automatically, or as soon as you reactivate it.

Please note: a dish in draft form will not appear on the menu. Remember to publish it to make it visible to your customers.
