Understanding my statistics
Read your dashboard and the Analytics page: live activity, turnover, orders, average basket, conversion funnel and traffic sources.
There are two places where you can track your activity: the dashboard (a daily overview) and the Analytics page (in-depth analysis over a specific period).
The dashboard
This is your dashboard in the admin panel. Here you can see your turnover, the number of orders to be prepared, your latest orders and an overview of your stock.
At the top of the dashboard, the ‘Live’ panel shows what is happening right now: visitors on your shop, carts and payments in progress, orders in the last hour and a feed of the latest actions. It refreshes every 10 seconds. The visitor count only includes those who accepted analytics; carts, payments and orders are exact.
The Analytics page
Accessible via the menu, it allows you to select a time period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year). Key indicators:
- Turnover: with the percentage change compared with the previous period.
- Orders: volume over the period.
- Average basket value: the average amount per order, and how it has changed over time.
- Growth: the trend in your income month by month.
Progress badges are always compared with the immediately preceding period of the same duration. Where there is no basis for comparison (e.g. a new shop), the badge is hidden rather than displaying a misleading figure.

The conversion funnel: visits, product views, carts, purchases
Over the chosen period, the funnel counts your visits, product views, add-to-carts, started checkouts and purchases, with the pass-through rate between each step and the overall conversion. The measurement is done by Winslor, without any third-party tool, and is available on every plan.
Only visitors who accepted audience-measurement cookies are counted — that is a GDPR obligation, not a limitation of the tool. The figures are therefore representative rather than exhaustive.
Traffic sources and devices
On the Analytics page, ‘Where your visits come from’ groups your visits by origin (search engine, social network, campaign, direct access…) and ‘Visits by device’ splits them between mobile, tablet and computer, over the same period as the funnel. Like the funnel, they only count visitors who accepted analytics.
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
To link your visits to your Google Ads campaigns or retarget your visitors on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, you can connect these tools as well: Connect Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the Pinterest tag.
