Tables, QR codes and seating plan
Create your tables, print their QR codes and monitor your dining area in real time using the seating plan.
From your dashboard, go to Restaurant → Tables & QR to create your tables and generate their QR codes, then to Restaurant → Floor Plan to monitor your service in real time.
Set up your tables
In Restaurant → Tables & QR, add a table by entering some simple details.
- Table name — for example, ‘Table 4’ or ‘Terrace 2’.
- Number of covers — the table’s capacity.
- Zone (optional) — to group your tables, for example, dining room, terrace, bar…
The QR code for each table
Each table has its own unique QR code. Use the print button to print it out, then place it on the relevant table.
The customer scans the QR code: your menu opens with their table number displayed, and they place their order directly from their seat. The order is sent to the kitchen, already linked to the correct table.
Security: the QR code is based on a token that can be renewed. If a QR code is leaked or copied, regenerate it — any previously printed QR codes will immediately stop working. Remember to reprint and replace the one on the table.
The seating plan
In Restaurant → Floor Plan, arrange your tables in 2D using drag-and-drop, adjust their size and draw your zones to replicate the actual layout of your restaurant.
During service, the layout displays the status of each table in real time, based on current orders.
- Available — no orders currently in progress.
- Busy — an order is being prepared.
- Ready — the order is ready to be served.
You can also manually mark a table as occupied or free, for example for a booking or a customer who has just left.
Please note: your restaurant’s address (its slug) is locked as soon as the first order is placed, as the printed QR codes link to this address. Please check it before printing and distributing your QR codes.
